Message frequency: Varies, usually 1 to 3 messages per service request.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
Help: Reply HELP, or email omar@readyreplyny.com.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. Businesses that use ReadyReply
- Businesses must only send texts to people who called them or gave them their number for service, and must honor every STOP request.
- Review requests must go to every customer the same way. Businesses may not offer discounts, gifts, or other rewards for reviews, and may not ask only happy customers.
- Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their business name, booking link, and review link.
- Pricing, setup, and billing for each business are agreed in writing before service begins.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use ReadyReply to send spam, unlawful, harassing, or misleading messages, or to message anyone who has not agreed to receive texts.
4. Service availability
We work to keep ReadyReply running, but calls and texts depend on phone carriers and other providers. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and may be interrupted or changed.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, ReadyReply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost business or profits, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the business paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
