ReadyReply ("ReadyReply," "we," "us") is a sole proprietorship based in Manhasset, New York. ReadyReply provides text messaging tools for local home-service businesses, such as missed-call text-back, booking links, and review requests. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Text messaging privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell your phone number or personal information.

1. Information we collect

Phone numbers and call details. When you call a business that uses ReadyReply and the call is missed, we receive your phone number, the time of the call, and whether you pressed 1 to request a text.
Text messages. The content of texts we send to you and any replies you send (including STOP and HELP).
Booking details. If you book a visit through a booking link, the scheduling service receives the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, address, and appointment time.
Business customer information. For businesses that sign up for ReadyReply: the owner's name, business name, email, phone number, and billing details.
Website visits. Basic technical information your browser sends, such as IP address and browser type. We do not use advertising trackers.

2. How we use information

To send the text you requested after a missed call, including a link to book a visit.
To send a one-time review request on behalf of a business you hired, when the business owner triggers it.
To respond to HELP requests and honor STOP requests.
To run, secure, and improve the service, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not use your information to send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not sell or rent it.

3. How information is shared

With the business you contacted. The business you called or hired can see your number, call details, messages, and booking.
With service providers that run the service for us. These include Twilio (calls and texts), Cal.com (booking), and Google (email and calendar). They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
For legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of people or the service.

Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Your text messaging choices

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from that number. You will get one confirmation text and nothing more.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

5. How long we keep information

We keep call and message records only as long as needed to provide the service, keep records of consent and opt-outs, and meet legal requirements, and then delete them. Opt-out records are kept so we can keep honoring your request.

6. Security

We use reputable providers and access controls to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

7. Children

ReadyReply is meant for businesses and their adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing omar@readyreplyny.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
